Tama Plastic Industry is an innovative market leader specializing in agribusiness packaging solutions, ans as a global leader in the manufacture and development of round bale netwraps for hay, straw and silage Tama has manufacturing plants and offices around the world.
Yair was the system analyst, programmer and support provider of the logistics software that manages the sales cycle (quotes to deliveries), purchasing, stock control and production.
The software runs across the network and is being used by the office staff as well as by remote users from head-office. It also supports multi-currencies and multiple warehouses, and produces a large range of management reports.

Sotheby's is a 260 years old company which conducts worldwide auction transactions, art-related financing and private sales activities. The Company operates in 34 countries and regularly conducts auctions in 15 salesrooms around the world.
Based on a brief given by Sotheby's Israel, Yair has written a software package to handle sales, clients and accounts.
The software manages and executes communications with buyers and vendors (including contracts and receipt notes) before the auction. It also registers the auction results in real-time, provides post-auction reports at all levels, and generate invoices, statements, receipts and accounting reports.

Solel Boneh International is a conglomerate with a strong presence in the international construction industry and a widely respected name for performance, reliability and innovation. Established in 1958, SBI is a key player in all areas of civil engineering, development and construction (high-rise, offices, universities, hospitals, hotels, dams, highways, bridges and more), with projects in 15 countries (West Africa, East Africa, Central America, Central Europe).
Working together with SBI's IT manager, Yair has written a system to manage the procurement procedure of the different sites through the group's three regional purchasing offices, as well as the purchase system that was running at the purchase offices in New-York, London and Israel.
The system was partly web-based and partly off-line, and managed stocks of 10,000's of items, 1,000 of suppliers, different currencies, logistics, international shipping, accounting (including invoices, S/O, P/O, etc.) and reports.

ShirBit Insurance is a 26 years old company with more than 200 employees located at 10 offices. The company sells health, travel, motor, home, personal and marine insurance.
The company's UK branch specialises in selling travel insurance and has called on Yair's expertise to develop its online presence including e-commerce system. The system designed and implemented by Yair provides insurance quotes, accepts credit-card payments over a secure browser and manages company affiliates and agents.

RAD Data Communications is internationally recognized as a leading manufacturer of network access equipment for data communications and telecommunications applications. Selling a huge product range all over the world calls for a busy international training department that organises courses and seminars throughout the year. RAD approached Yair to develop a system to manage, automate and streamline tasks for the training department.
Developed by Yair, cepax is a web-based system being used by RAD that handles all the registration tasks including travel arrangements (air, sea and land), accommodation, lectures, workshops, etc. The system also allows access (based on security and access rights) to guests, suppliers, hosts, contractors, producers and organisers with offered functionalities to users such as search capabilities for relevant information and production of reports.

P.V. Ran, the leading Israeli PVC packaging material manufacturer with offices and a distribution centre in England. The company’s growth had meant that its accounts package wasn't able to meet new business requirements. As a result Yair was brought in to rectify this problem. After conducting thorough analysis of the company’s requirements Yair went on to develop an IT solution in line with client needs. Furthermore, Yair oversaw the implementation of the system, as well as staff training. The project also saw Yair providing IT maintenance and support services to the company.

Barkan Health and Safety Consultancy is a leading specialist Consultancy firm providing services to all type of industries, including new developments as well as periodical surveys.
In an effort to reduce administration, paperwork and human-errors the Company decided to develop a suitable IT system. Tasked with this job, Yair developed a system to manage projects, track their progress, handle the accounting side of the business and produce reports.

Micky Tiroche, a world-wide known fine-art dealer which is active both in the trade business as well as in the private sector does business at all corners of the globe. As the complexity of his business increased, Mike looked at implementing an advanced software and approached Yair.
Together they designed the ultimate package for the fine-art trade which dealt with all aspect of the business, starting with stock control through to production of catalogues and dealing with multiple currencies. The system also carried out other tasks such as controlling logistics, transportation and multiple warehouses, managing collection of behalf on third parties, tracking partnerships, logging consignments-in and consignments-out, as well as production of invoices, credit-notes, management reports and accounts reports.
